Unlike our signature gluten-free range, this specific creation uses a Classic Sponge formula (Contains Gluten). Why? Because the structure of wheat flour allows us to create a cake layer that is exceptionally fluffy, elastic, and airy.

This "cloud-like" sponge provides the perfect support for the heavy, rich durian filling, creating a mouthfeel that is bouncy yet melt-in-your-mouth.

That is why you will never find artificial extracts in our kitchen. We use 100% Pure Durian Pulp, folded gently into smooth Chantilly cream. The result is a filling that captures the authentic, custard-like richness of the fruit, without being overly heavy or sweet.
