Our Durian & Pandan Layer Cheesecake brings together some of Southeast Asia’s most familiar flavours in a refined, balanced form.
Rich D24 durian mousse is paired with aromatic pandan, lightly tangy cream cheese mousse and soft coconut sponge. The pandan keeps the durian feeling fresh and fragrant, while the cream cheese adds enough acidity to balance its natural richness.
