Our Sesamisu is a quiet reimagining of tiramisu — where Italian tradition meets the rich, nutty warmth of roasted black sesame.

On top, fluffy black sesame whipped ganache, piped into soft little domes and topped with house-made sesame crisps, bringing a delicate crunch.

Inside, layers of sesame mascarpone crèmeux, sesame ganache, and black sesame sponge offer a creamy, toasted richness, never too sweet.

At the base, espresso sponge adds a light bitterness, holding everything together with calm balance.
